Amenities:
Rental of the event venue only includes the use of the space facilities. Chairs, tables, decorations and catering are not included. Restroom toiletries and cleaning supplies are included.
Required Security Deposit
Security deposit of $1,000 and a signed rental agreement are required to confirm your date & event.
Required Event Insurance
All events require a $1M special event insurance coverage. Most homeowner’s and renter’s insurance agents also offer event insurance.
Amplified Music or Alcohol Permit
Events with live or amplified music, or events serving any kind of alcohol will require a permit from the City of Atwater. You will also be required to have at least 3 security guards during your event.
